1 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons dark rum

Place 1/2 of the water mixture in a bowl and whisk in the chocolates, cocoa powder, rum, and salt. whisk (beat lightly with a whisking utensil called a whisk, often springy looking) in the remaining water. Chill and churn in an ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's instructions
